- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoon butter
In a saucepan, whisk together sugar, cocoa powder, and flour.
Gradually whisk in milk until smooth.
Place the saucepan over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and butter until melted and smooth.
