  • 400 g spaghetti
  • 6 cloves garlic thinly sliced
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped, optional
  • Grated Parmesan cheese optional

Instructions 

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook until garlic is golden brown.
  3. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan. Toss to coat in the garlic oil. Season with salt.
  4. Serve with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
