Spaghetti Bolognese Recipe

- 400 g spaghetti
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 500 g ground beef
- 800 g canned tomatoes
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- to taste salt and pepper
1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
3. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned.
4. Stir in the canned tomatoes, tomato paste, beef broth, oregano, and basil. Bring to a simmer and cook for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve the sauce over the cooked spaghetti.
