Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 800 g Tomatoes canned, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar optional
  • 1 handful Basil fresh, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the crushed tomatoes, salt, pepper, and sugar (if using) to the pan. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  4. 4. Toss the cooked spaghetti with the tomato sauce. Garnish with fresh basil and serve.
