- 1 oz 151-proof rum
- 1 oz Kahlua
- 1 cup Hot Coffee
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 oz Whipped Cream for topping
1. Rim the edge of a heatproof glass with sugar.
2. Pour the rum into the glass and light it with a lighter or match.
3. Let the sugar caramelize, then add Kahlua and hot coffee.
4. Stir well and top with whipped cream.
