  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the pork shoulder.
  4. Place the pork in a roasting pan and roast in the preheated oven for about 90 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. Let the pork rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
