- 2 lbs Pork Shoulder
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.
Rub the mixture all over the pork shoulder.
Place the pork in a roasting pan and roast in the preheated oven for about 90 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Let the pork rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
