Spiced Maple Pumpkin Seeds

- 1 cup Pumpkin seeds cleaned and dried
- 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 0.5 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
- 0.25 teaspoon Ground cloves
- 0.25 teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin seeds, maple syrup, olive oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt. Mix well.
Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until seeds are golden and crispy.
Let cool before serving.
