  • 1 cup Pumpkin seeds cleaned and dried
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground cloves
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin seeds, maple syrup, olive oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until seeds are golden and crispy.
  5. Let cool before serving.
