Instructions
1. In a food processor, pulse the black beans until they are mostly smooth.
2. Add the corn, breadcrumbs, egg, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Pulse until combined.
3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
4. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
5. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
