Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 8 pieces Taco Shells
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • ½ cup Shredded Cheese
  • ¼ cup Sour Cream

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chicken strips to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. Add chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and paprika to the chicken. Stir well to coat evenly.
  4. 4. Warm the taco shells according to package instructions.
  5. 5. Assemble the tacos by placing the chicken mixture into each taco shell. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and a dollop of sour cream.
  6. 6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
