  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Add chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them well with the spice mixture.
  3. 3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the chicken breasts.
  4. 4. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  5. 5. Remove the chicken from the skillet and drizzle with lime juice.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
