- 4 ears Corn on the cob husked
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- ½ teaspoon Paprika
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Brush each ear of corn with olive oil.
In a small bowl, mix together chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over the corn.
Place the corn on the grill and cook for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is tender and slightly charred.
Remove from the grill and serve hot.
