  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpeas, olive oil, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Spread the chickpeas on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast in the oven for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until crispy.
  5. Let cool before serving.
