Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 naan breads
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 0.5 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place naan breads on a baking sheet.
  3. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add spinach and artichoke hearts to the pan, cook until spinach is wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Spread the spinach-artichoke mixture evenly over the naan breads.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from oven, slice, and serve.
