Ingredients 

Manicotti

  • 8 pieces Manicotti shells

Filling

  • 2 cups Ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Cooked spinach, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Sauce

  • 2 cups Marinara sauce

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook manicotti shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, spinach, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Stuff each manicotti shell with the cheese and spinach mixture.
  5. Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Place stuffed manicotti shells in the baking dish. Pour remaining marinara sauce over the shells.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
