- 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
- ½ cup feta cheese crumbled
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 pie crust pre-made or homemade
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Add salt and pepper.
Spread the chopped spinach and crumbled feta cheese evenly over the pie crust.
Pour the egg mixture over the spinach and feta in the pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown.
Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
