Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
Add spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
Pour egg mixture into the skillet and cook until edges start to set.
Sprinkle cheese on top and transfer the skillet to the oven.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the frittata is set and the top is golden.
Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
