  • 12 oz fusilli pasta
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Cook the fusilli pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chopped spinach to the pan and cook until wilted.
  4. Stir in ricotta cheese and Parmesan cheese. Mix until well combined.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss to coat with the spinach and cheese mixture.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
