Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Large mushrooms stems removed
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach chopped
  • ½ cup Cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff each mushroom cap with the spinach mixture.
  4. Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden.
