- 12 pieces Large mushrooms stems removed
- 2 cups Fresh spinach chopped
- ½ cup Cream cheese softened
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Stuff each mushroom cap with the spinach mixture.
Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden.
