Main Ingredients
- 8 pieces Rice Paper Wrappers
- 1 cup Shredded Carrots
- 1 cup Shredded Cabbage
- 1 cup Cooked Shrimp sliced
- ¼ cup Fresh Mint Leaves
- ¼ cup Fresh Cilantro
- ¼ cup Fresh Basil
1. Prepare all the ingredients and have them ready.
2. Dip a rice paper wrapper in warm water for about 5 seconds to soften.
3. Lay the softened wrapper on a flat surface and fill with a small amount of each ingredient.
4. Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling, then roll tightly from the bottom up.
5. Repeat with remaining wrappers and ingredients.
6. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
