Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss squash with olive oil, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.
Roast squash for 20 minutes or until tender.
Warm tortillas in a skillet over medium heat.
Fill tortillas with roasted squash, black beans, avocado slices, and cilantro.
Serve with lime wedges.
