Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Flank Steak sliced into thin strips
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper sliced
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper sliced
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 8 Flour Tortillas warmed
  • 1 Lime cut into wedges
  • ¼ cup Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add the steak strips and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil, bell peppers, and onion. Cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Return the steak to the skillet and mix everything together. Cook for another 2 minutes until heated through.
  6. 6. Serve the steak mixture on warm tortillas. Garnish with lime wedges and chopped cilantro.
