- 4 pieces Filet Mignon about 6 ounces each
- 1 cup Crab Meat lump
- 12 spears Asparagus trimmed
- 1 cup Béarnaise Sauce prepared
1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steaks to desired doneness.
3. In a saucepan, heat the crab meat until warm.
4. Steam or blanch the asparagus until tender.
5. Top each steak with crab meat, asparagus, and Béarnaise sauce.
