Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Steak, cubed
  • 1 cup Carrots, diced
  • 1 cup Celery, diced
  • 1 cup Onion, diced
  • 4 cups Beef broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add cubed steak and cook until browned on all sides.
  3. 3. Add diced carrots, celery, and onion. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  4. 4. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  5. 5. Pour in beef broth, add salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  6. 6. Reduce heat and let simmer for 30 minutes.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
