Steak Ingredients
- 2 pieces Steak Ribeye or your favorite cut
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly ground
Garlic Herb Butter Ingredients
- 4 tablespoon Butter Softened
- 2 cloves Garlic Minced
- 1 tablespoon Parsley Chopped
- 1 teaspoon Thyme Chopped
1. Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Rub the steaks with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
3. Cook the steaks in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness.
4. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and thyme.
5. Top each steak with a dollop of garlic herb butter before serving.
