Ingredients 

Steak Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Steak Ribeye or your favorite cut
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly ground

Garlic Herb Butter Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoon Butter Softened
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme Chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Rub the steaks with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Cook the steaks in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness.
  4. 4. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and thyme.
  5. 5. Top each steak with a dollop of garlic herb butter before serving.
