Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef Stew Meat cut into chunks
- 2 cups Beef Broth
- 1 Onion chopped
- 3 Carrots sliced
- 2 Potatoes diced
- 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
2. Add the beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
4. Stir in the tomato paste, salt, pepper, and thyme.
5. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
6. Add the carrots and potatoes, reduce heat to low, and simmer for about 45 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
7. Adjust seasoning if needed and serve hot.
