  • 2 cups Strawberries hulled and mashed
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. Combine strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir constantly until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Increase heat and bring mixture to a boil. Stir frequently.
  4. Boil until the mixture thickens, about 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool. Transfer to a jar and refrigerate.
