Strawberry Pretzel Salad

Crust
- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- ¾ cup melted butter
- 3 tablespoon sugar
Filling
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 8 oz whipped topping
Topping
- 6 oz strawberry gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and 3 tablespoon sugar in a bowl. Press into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust. Refrigerate until set.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Let cool slightly. Stir in strawberries. Pour over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate until firm.
