  • ¼ cup red onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup feta cheese crumbled
  • ¼ cup pecans toasted

Dressing Ingredients

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine spinach, strawberries, red onion, feta cheese, and pecans.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, poppy seeds, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
