Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, feta cheese, and minced garlic.
Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the spinach mixture.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sear the chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides.
