Ingredients

  • 12 large mushroom caps
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushroom caps and remove the stems.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed mushroom caps on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
