- 4 cups Stuffing Mix any brand
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Diced Celery
- 1 cup Diced Onion
- 2 tablespoon Butter melted
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the stuffing mix, chicken broth, diced celery, diced onion, melted butter, salt, and black pepper.
Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
Spoon the mixture into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
