Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup cucumber, diced
  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup black olives, sliced
  • ¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, and feta cheese.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour dressing over the pasta salad and toss to coat.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
