Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Steak Ribeye or your favorite cut
  • 1 lb Shrimp Peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper Freshly ground
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice Freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Season the steak with salt and black pepper on both sides.
  3. 3. Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side or until it reaches your desired doneness. Remove from grill and let it rest.
  4. 4. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  5. 5. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Add butter and lemon juice to the skillet, stirring to coat the shrimp.
  7. 7. Serve the steak and shrimp together, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
