Main Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 Red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 Green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Sauce Ingredients
- ½ cup Ketchup
- ¼ cup Rice vinegar
- ¼ cup Brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the chicken pieces and stir-fry until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same wok, add the bell peppers and onion. Stir-fry until tender.
4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the ketchup, rice vinegar, brown sugar, and soy sauce.
5. Pour the sauce into the wok and bring to a simmer.
6. Add the cornstarch mixture and stir until the sauce thickens.
7. Return the chicken to the wok and toss to coat in the sauce.
8. Serve hot over rice.
