Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 kg Pork Ribs
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup Ketchup
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, ketchup, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Place the pork ribs on a baking tray and pour the sauce over them, making sure they are well coated.
  4. Cover the tray with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  5. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the ribs are tender and the sauce is caramelized.
  6. Mix cornstarch with water and add to the sauce if it needs thickening. Serve hot.
