Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Szechwan sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoon Green onions, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the wok over high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. 2. Add the garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and Szechwan sauce. Stir well.
  5. 5. Add the green onions and cook for another minute.
  6. 6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
