  • 16 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Chopped Green Onions
  • 1 cup Chopped Cilantro
  • 1 cup Chopped Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 cup Chopped Black Olives
  • 1 cup Chopped Tomatoes optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and taco seasoning until well blended.
  2. 2. Add shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, cilantro, red bell pepper, black olives, and tomatoes (if using). Mix until evenly distributed.
  3. 3. Form the mixture into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  4. 4. Before serving, shape the cheese ball into a wreath on a serving plate. Garnish with additional cilantro and red bell pepper if desired.
