- ½ cup tahini
- ¼ cup water adjust as needed
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon cumin ground
- ½ teaspoon salt
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the tahini, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, and salt.
Gradually add water, whisking until smooth and creamy. Adjust water for desired consistency.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
