Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Water
  • 1 pound Strawberries or any fruit of choice

Instructions 

  1. Wash and dry the strawberries. Insert skewers into the strawberries.
  2. In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Heat over medium heat until the mixture reaches 300°F (150°C) on a candy thermometer.
  3. Dip each skewer of strawberries into the sugar mixture, coating them evenly. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to cool and harden.
