Main Ingredients
- 8 slices Turkey breast
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 8 slices Bread whole grain or your choice
- 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Butter for grilling
1. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.
2. Spread Dijon mustard on the other side of each bread slice.
3. Layer turkey and Swiss cheese between two slices of bread, with the mayonnaise and mustard sides facing inward.
4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
5. Grill the sandwiches in the skillet until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
