Tater Tot Taco Casserole Recipe
A delicious and easy-to-make casserole combining tater tots and taco flavors.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning
- 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
- 1 cup Corn frozen or canned
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 bag Tater Tots
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain the fat.
Add the taco seasoning and water according to the package instructions. Simmer until thickened.
In a baking dish, layer the beef mixture, black beans, corn, and 1 cup of cheese.
Top with an even layer of tater tots.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
