Tater Tots Casserole Recipe

- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 bag Frozen Tater Tots (32 oz)
- 1 cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, cream of mushroom soup, shredded cheddar cheese, frozen mixed vegetables, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish. Arrange the frozen tater tots on top in a single layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
