  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 bag Frozen Tater Tots (32 oz)
  • 1 cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, cream of mushroom soup, shredded cheddar cheese, frozen mixed vegetables, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish. Arrange the frozen tater tots on top in a single layer.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
