Tea Room Chicken Salad Sandwiches Recipe

- 2 cups Cooked chicken, chopped
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Celery, finely chopped
- ¼ cup Green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
- 8 slices Bread
- 4 leaves Lettuce
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped chicken, mayonnaise, celery, green onions, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Spread the chicken salad mixture evenly over 4 slices of bread.
Top with lettuce leaves and cover with the remaining bread slices.
Cut the sandwiches in half and serve.
