  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Mirin
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice
  • 1 cup Steamed Vegetables like broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, mirin, and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, and cook until fragrant.
