Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken thighs boneless, skinless
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Mirin
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Sake
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix soy sauce, mirin, sugar, sake, ginger, and garlic in a bowl.
  2. 2. Marinate chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until done, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  4. 4. Pour remaining marinade into the skillet and simmer until thickened.
  5. 5. Serve chicken with sauce over rice or vegetables.
