Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
- ½ cup Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
Add chicken pieces to the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
Thread chicken pieces onto skewers.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Grill skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
In a small saucepan, bring remaining marinade to a boil. Add cornstarch mixture and cook until thickened.
Brush cooked chicken skewers with thickened sauce before serving.
