Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 0.5 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken, cook until browned.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add broccoli, bell pepper, and snap peas, cook until tender.
  5. Pour in teriyaki sauce, stir to coat.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, serve hot.
