Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Chicken wings
  • ½ cup Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 2 Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
  3. Toss chicken wings in the sauce mixture until well coated.
  4. Arrange wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through.
  6. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to make a slurry.
  7. In a saucepan, bring the remaining sauce to a boil and add the slurry. Cook until thickened.
  8. Toss baked wings in the thickened sauce.
  9. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
