Main Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 red chilies sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 bell pepper sliced
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add garlic and chilies, sauté until fragrant.
Add chicken, cook until no longer pink.
Add onion and bell pepper, cook until tender.
Stir in soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar.
Add basil leaves, cook until wilted.
Serve hot with rice.
