Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef sirloin thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup Red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 cup Fresh mint chopped

Dressing Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoon Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Grill or sear the beef until medium-rare. Let it rest, then slice thinly.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, cilantro, and mint.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, mix the lime juice, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, chili flakes, and water to make the dressing.
  4. 4. Add the sliced beef to the large bowl with vegetables. Pour the dressing over and toss well.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
